Our team is made up of childcare professionals that have been interviewed, trained, and put through background checks, and are CPR and first aid certified. They all have years of experience, an array of strengths, and most importantly value the well-being, and safety of any and all children.

Michaela Ferreira
Owner
Michaela started this company in order to help more families looking for trusted caregivers. While she spends a lot of time running the business, she also loves to still be able to go out and do what she loves most: taking care of children.

Brianna Cameron
Caregiver
Brianna has been a nanny for almost 6 years, working with ages 4 months to 10 years. She places large importance on creating a safe and creative environment for kids to express themselves freely and be confident in themselves. Brianna loves to color and read with kids, as well as going on outings to places such as parks, libraries, museums, zoos or even just a walk around the neighborhood. For Brianna, being a nanny is so much more than taking care of a child, she strives to make a positive impact in every child’s life and being a dependable caregiver for the families she works with. Brianna plans to continue her schooling through Southern New Hampshire University, in hopes to become a pediatric nutritionist in the future.
Lisa Cunha
Caregiver

Lisa’s love for children started when she was in high school where she began her journey in early childhood education. Years later she graduated from Taunton High School with her ECE certificate. Following that she nannied for 12 years and has been a mom for almost 11. She has experience with pre-teens all the way down to newborns. She loves doing crafts, playing outside and helping children grow while keeping them safe!

Maya Ruzzano
Caregiver
Maya is an experienced early childhood behavior therapist with a specialty in Autism and developmental delays. In addition to working with Kaya's Kingdom, she is a behavior therapist in a special education classroom at an elementary school. She also has prior experience as an EEC certified teacher (infant-PreK), EEC group leader (school age), ABA therapist, and youth dance teacher.
She has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Bridgewater State University and graduated Cum Laude and on top of serving as president of their competitive dance team. She also received her master's degree in Communication Disorders from Springfield College as she becomes an ASHA certified Speech Language Pathology Assistant. She has chosen a career working with children because it allows her to fulfill this quote: “The only way to do great work is to love what you do”. Outside of work, she has many hobbies including dancing, gardening, painting, reading, pickleball, and singing!
Hayley Kipnes
Caregiver

Hayley has been babysitting for friends and family since she was 13 years old. As she got older she knew she loved working with kids and got a job at an after school program helping kids with homework and having an afterschool snack. After that she started working for daycares and spent years working for a few different ones in the area before deciding she wanted to go back to providing more one on one care to children in their homes, while she works on getting her degree in Early Childhood Education. In her free time, Hayley enjoys yoga, writing, and spending time at the gym.

Shelby McCarthy
Caregiver
Shelby is early education and care certified, and has background experience working with children of all ages from infant to 15 years old. She has spent time working in daycare‘s, dance studios, after school programs and babysitting! She is extremely creative, outgoing and has a joy for nature and educational activities. She is organized and takes pride in keeping a clean space!

Amanda Lawrence
Caregiver
Amanda has spent years working in an Elementary school, substitute teaching for Kindergarten to Second grade. Most of the time Amanda spent subbing she supported children with high needs and disabilities which she really enjoyed. In addition to that, Amanda also spent time coaching and being a board member for the local cheerleading program. She has made the switch from working in the school system to working with Kaya's Kingdom so that her schedule can allow for her to homeschool her 9-year-old daughter.

Olivia Santos
Caregiver
Olivia has been working with children for 2 years. She prioritizes creating a safe and fun environment for the kids to express themselves and grow as individuals. She believes patience and encouragement are vital in a child’s ability to explore and learn. Olivia enjoys engaging with kids when reading books and listening to music. She also enjoys exploring creativity while coloring and doing crafts. Olivia prioritizing growing bonds and creating relationships with the kids she works with.
